Mr. Granot has 34 years of experience in finance. He was head of Capital Market division in the Israeli Leumi Bank, CEO of  Leumi Bank UK and served as CEO of Israel Discount Bank. He was also CEO of FIBI.

Mr. Hahn currently serves as the executive Chairman and acting CEO of Bateman Litwin. Previously he served as head of Mergers & acquisitions capacity for Bank Hapoalim and Deutsche Bank Securities.

Mr. Deboutte is the current CEO of Denovo Congo and serves as boardmember on various DRC based mining companies. Previously he served as a Commercial Manager for an ING Insurance and Savings Bank.

Mr. Streatfield-James has worked for the Barclays group for nearly 27 years and currently runs his own financial and management consultancy business. He serves on the boards of a number of regulated companies.

Mrs. Matipa has many years of experience in the banking industry. She served as a director in Standard Bank Congo. Having completed her legal studies she currently works as lawyer and legal consultant in the DRC.

Mr. Cramer is the current CEO/CIO of BSG Capital Markets and BSG Management Services. Between 1989 and 2003 he was employed in the Finance Divisions of Anglo American PLC and Anglo American SA.
