Prior to joining B.I.C in 2009, Mr. Alaguillaume served at Société Générale in Paris in Structured Teams Financing. Moving to the DRC in 2004. He also assisted with the set-up of ProCredit Bank where he served as Deputy GM.

Mr. Mangonda has over 20 years experience within the DRC and African banking sector.  He joined B.I.C in 2005 and rose to the position of General Manager under the former president of the company.

M. Mamode a une expérience de plus de 15 ans en tant qu’auditeur et directeur financier. Il rejoint la B.I.C 2009 en cette meme qualité. M. Mamode est un expert-comptable certifié par l’Association des Experts-Comptables Certifiés et  l’Institut des Experts-Comptables en Angleterre et au Pays de Galles.

Mr. Mokelo has thirteen years of auditing experience. Eleven of these were gained whilst at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He joined B.I.C in November 2008 and currently  serves as member of the Management Committee.

Mr. Mignot, is in charge of the back office banking operations as well as the administration department and the branch network deployment. He gained experience as senior manager at Renault Nissan Bank and Deutsche Bank in the fields of Retail Banking and Strategy of IT Systems on European Level. He is holding a MBA from Mannheim & Warwick Business School.

Mr. Nyangombe joined B.I.C in February 2010 as the Katanga Area Manager. Since January 2011,he is running B.I.C's Corporate and SME Segment.

He has nine years experience with UBS in Private Banking, Corporate Finance and Business Strategy Development in Zurich, Geneva and New York.

Melle META a rejoint la BIC en Décembre 2009 en tant que responsable adjoint du département d’audit interne. Avant de rejoindre la Banque, elle a travaillé trois ans au sein du cabinet PricewaterhouseCoopers, en tant qu’auditeur spécialisé dans le secteur bancaire. Depuis Août 2010, elle occupe la fonction de Responsable du département d’Audit Interne et est membre du comité de gestion.
